ProMedica Hospice serving Northwest Ohio learned that Josephine, patient, wanted to visit the Toledo Zoo & Aquarium for her Heart’s Desire. With help from her hospice care team, ProMedica Air and Mobile and the Toledo Zoo, Josephine received her last wish and enjoyed a special day at the zoo with all the animals.

Trish would come to ProMedica Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation (Waterloo, IA) to play the piano for events and activities. While at home she broke her arm and chose ProMedica for her rehabilitation needs. After therapy and being discharged home she came back to the center to play the piano again for the patients and residents.
